I absolutely loved this property. The room was spacious. The balcony gave great view of the city. Parking wasn’t the easiest to find but easy enough. The customer service was top tier. I was even able to request a late checkout. I b will be staying here anytime I come to Denver.

Bank selective. Be aware.

I get to the hotel. Get everything almost done for check in. Then they tell me they no longer accept the card for which their ridiculously high deposit needs to be charged. Which they could charge the card. And then refund it after inspecting the room. Or put that in the regulations online. Just be aware you have to have a credit card from a major credit card company or they will turn you down and embarrass you because of who you choose to use as a card company. So unless you're using a card company that's probably giving them promotions for their gain, you won't get in. Its very difficult to get a room after midnight at another hotel. No matter how many thousands of dollars you could have spent in this hotel. I won't be sending my high end clientele there anymore.

Go to hotel!!

It was great! A couple blocks from where our comedy show was. Loved the layout. Only downfall is some of the carpet wasn't in the greatest condition. Other than that it was excellent.

No hot water and unsafe area

This is an older hotel but has charm so we decided to stay there while visiting family in the area. We were pleased to see upon check in we received one complimentary drink coupon per night but unfortunately it only covered cheap beer and house wine, so they didn’t get used. We had absolutely no hot water for the entirety of our stay even though we asked for them to fix it, only thing we got was luke warm after letting it run for 10 minutes. There was also a shooting right behind the hotel on Saturday night with many rounds of shots fired, screaming and later police. I heard from another couple in the hotel that there were men in ski masks in the lobby right before the shootings. My husband and I will never be starting there again and I would recommend you looking somewhere else as well.
