FLOORPLAN
⭐ Modern Serenity is a 4-bedroom, 4-bath penthouse located directly on the beach. With 2,700 sq. feet of space, it features an open layout perfect for family and friends, complete with beach accents, flat-screen TVs throughout, a full-size washer/dryer, and high ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking together—or not! Three large balconies offer stunning panoramic Gulf views, and the beach is just a short walk past the pool and hot tub.
This penthouse comfortably sleeps 13 in four spacious bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds, each offering breathtaking views. The master suite is beachfront with a private balcony, a 50” Smart TV, seating for two, and a desk for work. The second king bedroom has a private balcony with bay and city views and a 48” Smart TV. The third king bedroom features Gulf views, a 46” Smart TV, and a separate workspace/vanity.
The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, with bunk beds sleeping up to 7, a 40” Smart TV, and a separate bath. Wake up to the sound of the Gulf and enjoy the sunlit water views from every window. Modern Serenity is in the heart of Destin, close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.
RESORT
⭐ Destin Towers is a gated, low-density condo resort with its own Gulf-front beach. With only 45 units, the resort is uncrowded, and the private beach is much less congested than larger hotels, giving you prime beach access! Modern Serenity is in the heart of Destin, close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner's Closets). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
Other Things to Note:
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ Your stay includes one assigned parking spot in the parking garage. Additional vehicles may park in the open overflow lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
BEACH SERVICE / BEACH GEAR
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included with your stay. However, beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through the beach attendant. You'll often find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at the condo for your use as part of a leave-one, take-one setup, so we can't guarantee what will be available upon your arrival. However, guests are welcome to enjoy whatever is there! Please note: canopies and tents are not allowed on the resorts private beach.
POOL/HOT TUB
⭐ There is a pool and hot tub behind the resort complex available for guest to use to enjoy some Gulf-front swimming! Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity at your own risk.
SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of our Homeowners and Guests, there is a Surveillance Doorbell Camera by the Front Door. The resort does have cameras on the premise as well. If you touch or tamper with the cameras or cause any issues, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
