Everything was wonderful from the service at the front desk to the room that we had. I was here for surgery at the hospital and I live so far away that I try to come up the night before so it was very helpful. Very stay

The room wasn’t completely clean. The sheets and comforters are old. The pillows aren’t comfortable at all. For almost $300 I expected the amenities to be a little better.

It is not the first time I stay there. I like the hotel. This time, the people in the room above us were up all night trampling from one side of the room to the next. We were unable to get a full night's rest. Not hotel fault. Just inconsiderate people.

Liked the location. Didn’t like: refrigerator didn’t work and told the front desk who said they would have it looked at while we were gone all day Saturday when they cleaned the room, room wasn’t cleaned or refrigerator addressed. Floor between the beds and in the entry in the room was sticky. Guests (multiple people and kids) staying in the next room were yelling, running down the hallway screaming and knocking on doors, and jumping on the beds and hitting the common wall. Earlier in the day one of the adults was being “talked to “ about rules which wasn’t comprehended obviously. This was going on until 2AM and the front desk staff had to of heard the loud running around and screaming because it was happening on the first floor just down the hall. I finally had to get up and tell the group of idiots to shut the F up.
