Room was unclean, there was mold and possibly blood bathroom as well as other staining on the walls. Had to leave as my partners allergies were too aggressive to sleep.

The reservation was booked for two nights however we no longer needed the first night. I called the day before (it was too late to modify the reservation through Hotels.com) to notify the property that we would not be arriving on Friday as planned. I did not expect reimbursement but more wanted to make it clear that we intended to stay on Saturday night and did not want to have our reservation considered canceled by not checking in on Friday. After a lengthy and difficult interaction with the front desk staff when calling, I was assured this would not be an issue. When we arrived on Sat to check in our room was given away because we "forfeited" our reservation by not checking in. After much discussion, we were given a room but someone else was told they no longer had a room that was guaranteed. The room smelled of animals and smoke down to the towels and bedding. The door to the bathroom had 8 holes that were patched from top to bottom. There was a very large bag of trash outside of the door next to ours that was there from check-in to checkout. The only perk to this hotel was the location, but there were several across the street. Next time, we will not stay here (especially after paying for 2 nights and using 1!)

There was mildew in the shower, the carpet was frayed, the tile was sticky, there were holes in the curtain and stains on the bedding. It was obvious they had tried to fix a water leak from the room above. I could also hear every footstep of what sounded like energetic dogs in the room upstairs for hours until one of us feel asleep. I decided to skip the breakfast to be safe.

The property was disguising, garbages were over flowing, there was garage on the ground. My chair in my room was broken and the outlets barely worked. There was also a stain on the bed sheet. I won’t stay there again.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and this might have been the worst. Our room was not ready on check in. It was ready closer to 3:45 pm even though we indicated our arrival time was 3pm. The room was not as described. The pull out bed still had dirty sheets. We requested clean bedding and were not provided with blankets or pillows. There are limited electrical outlets,
