When I came to check in I wanted to use a different card and was told that would be considered fraud. Then once I got my room, they gave someone else, that tried to get in the room on my daughter and me. After I told them it was my room the guy from the front desk came knocking on my door asking me how did I get my room. Then he called several times hanging up every time I answered. Finally I went back down to the front desk and asked what was going on. The guy said it was a mistake on his part, but that mistake could have gotten us hurt and he was talking to me like I stole the key to the room or something. Then dismissed me when I came to the desk. At breakfast time I asked about a hot breakfast and was told that the staff was on vacation and offered cereal. I chose a Wyndham hotel with Good expectations. I will not rent with them again.

Just needed a decently clean room to freshen up and sleep, they met that expectation. However, the hallway had not been vacuumed the four days that I was there because a piece of candy was never picked up. Sheets/bedspread were stained and they did not provide standard size pillows, they provided several square pillows
