Fair prices and quiet with many dining options in the area. Slipped and fell on the icy steps that weren’t salted hurting hip and shoulder. No toilet paper in room

Tv didn’t work properly and the man at the desk was no help. So I used my phone for 3 days. Its was freezing cold and when I told staff she said only thing she could do is give me more blankets.

Rooms were dirty. TVs didn’t work. Hallways weee loud and could be heard in room all night. First room didn’t have any toilet paper. No extra towels available 2 of the days during our stay.

The bathroom was horrible. There was hair on the walls of the shower, a build up of soap film and dirt on the shower ledges, build up of dirt and grim in the corners and edges of the floor and poop on the wall above the toilet roll dispenser on the wall. Tried to close the drapes and the pull rod fell off. The carpet in the hallways looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a month.
