I don't even know where to start describing how awful this place is. 5 stars it is not, we felt totally scammed, I've stayed in 3 star hotels WAY better than this hell hole. We arrived at 1:30pm (check-in is at 2), the room was not ready. I can sort of understand that but other hotels, especially those claiming to be 5 stars, already have a room available 30 min before the check in. The girl on reception immediately tried to upsell us a more expensive room, then disappeared before checking us in, and we stood by the reception counter for over half an hour, with no-one updating us or showing any interest in us. We had to ask someone else eventually about checking us in, and even though at that point it was well after 2pm, the was some confusion about our room. After we were finally given a room, it was not the room type we booked - we booked a room with a king bed and a double-bed sofa, and we got a room with just two double beds for 3 people. When I called reception and complained, it took them another half an hour to have someone call us back. Then a single bed was delivered to our room (without confirming with us if that arrangement was ok by us), which took all the free space left in the room. The staff person bringing the bed had attitude of being greatly inconvenienced by this demand. The AC did not work in the room, and it took them over 24 hrs to send someone to look at it. Even after supposedly 'fixing' the AC, it didn't work properly, but it was just enough to cou

Great hotel, rooms are large & clean. Amazing service from all the staff. The room attendants were really thorough and always make sure you have everything you need. The staff at the pool are great too! Location great. Only small downside is the lifts are a bit slow only 3 for 25 floors so can take a while for one to arrive / be empty.

The hotel and the room was extremely clean. The staff were exceptional from greeting you on arrival right through to leaving to come home. Everyone deminstrated the will to help and could not do enough for us. It was in a fantastic location making it very accessible to a local super market, restaurants, beach and the Ain Dubai.

Lovely trip, tram line close by, staff very friendly, room view 10/10. Close to the marina and JBR walk. Lifts are slow and they could improve by having day beds on the beach. You have to hire an umbrella for the beach.

Our room was well cleaned every day thanks to Zeeshan. The pool area was nice and the lifeguards were nice. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Nice walking paths and close to tram and metro. The only minus was that there are people who park sunbeds with their towels and then disappear for a few hours, that doesn't make it fair for those who actually want to swim and sunbathe by the pool area. The lifeguards should remove those towels and give the beds to others who plan to stay there. Another thing was that we could hear the traffic very well, but nothing you can do about it when you live so centrally.

Fantastic location for Jumeireh Beach - the area around the hotel is great and the walk over to Bluewaters Island is very near. Traffic is busy but that’s because it’s central but taxis are very reasonable. Some people say the hotel is noisy but we found the rooms to be very quiet with excellent housekeeping. The pool was also much bigger than some reviews suggest and the hotel kept the water cool somehow which was a great relief in temps of 40+ degrees

I have stayed at many five star hotels. And this hotel met all my expectations. I came on holiday with my sisters we booked two sea view rooms for five nights. We will give this hotel a 10 out of 10. From check in to check out, the service from all the staff at the hotel was excellent. They were polite, friendly and very professional. Our room was cleaned by Furkan everyday and was immaculate. The health and wellbeing centre and the swimming pool was clean and in excellent condition. We also booked a massage at the hotel. We booked the breakfast for our stay and the variety of the intercontinental breakfast was excellent. The sea view room, along with the location of the hotel was great. Everything was either a walking distance or a short taxi if required. I will strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Dubai.

The customer service from every single staff member was 100%. From the second we got out the taxi which was after 1:30 am. Efficient check in Process then heading to a comfortable room. Have to mention Sultana who really helpful when planning days out and giving us great deals. The concierge service was really helpful as well. In the mornings the lifts were busy for breakfast but the staff member(sorry I can’t remember her name),was doing a great job helping and controlling the lifts. The breakfast choices were incredible from a traditional options to Indian breakfast. Next time I book a holiday in Dubai this is my hotel choice.
