We had an amazing 10-night stay at Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, and I honestly can’t fault the experience. The hotel was incredibly accommodating, especially towards our 3-year-old, which made such a difference for us as a family. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Over the course of our stay, we built genuinely lovely relationships with many of the team. A special mention to Hnin, Irfan, the GBR Manager, who was consistently attentive and professional, Suri the chef, and Paramjit along with the rest of the security staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and reassuring throughout our stay. One of the most thoughtful highlights was the surprise birthday decorations and a beautiful fruit spread arranged in our room after the staff found out I was pregnant, which we had not requested at all. The attention to detail was incredible, and they even included images from our previous visits, which was such a personal and touching gesture. It truly made us feel remembered and genuinely cared for. The level of care, warmth, and personal attention we received made this holiday unforgettable. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended, especially for families seeking exceptional service and heartfelt hospitality. 🌴✨

Everything was good. Except two things. To have the two free drinks because of silver member seemed impossible and the coffee with the breakfast was terrible. Otherwise everything was really super. The concierge Kevin was fantastic :-)

The hotel has changed significantly since our visit a few years ago and sadly no longer reflects a five-star standard. The rooms feel tired and unkempt, and it was disappointing to have to pay extra for basic items such as standard lattes at breakfast which always was included before. The overall quality of the food has also declined. Unfortunately, despite having stayed here many times in the past, we will not be returning.
