Definitely not a five star hotel. Very tired and dated. Initially room was dirty, stained carpets and broken shelf and furniture. Also very noisy as balcony doors didn’t seal. Staff were generally good but had to complain to management about the way I was treated by one member of staff after complaining about the room. After this got a new room which was a superior one and better. However the place needs a serious upgrade. Beds were too small. Breakfast room ok but very busy. Lots of times some Of the food stations were empty. Concierge were very friendly and helpful. On the first day we arrived one of the lifts broke and it wasn’t fixed again during our 8 day visit. This was a problem due to the number of people in the hotel. Overall disappointing stay considering this is a Radisson.

The hotel itself was lovely. We received an upgrade upon check in, which was appreciated. We were only provided with one King bed, despite the fact that the booking clearly stated 2 adults and 2 children. Be aware of this when booking, as it is the guests responsibility to choose the correct bedding, which believed I thought I’d done. Also, after a 15 hour flight and jet lag, we did not have hot water. The first thing you seek after travel is a hot shower. Be aware as well that there is a loud venue downstairs. There was an incredibly loud band/ DJ until the early hours of the morning. Thankfully we were so jet lagged that we dropped to sleep. Overall, a nice place but I wouldn’t say the most helpful of staff.
