My first room had roaches crawling on the bed. The concierge went to kill them. We asked for another room and it was subpar. The toilet seat was dirty, there was hair that wasn’t ours on the floor, we never had hot water until the last night. You could hear music from downstairs from the whole night. I told the check in person to add a night to the stay when I FIRST arrived and he didn’t. Then when I was in the middle of getting ready one day, my power went out they said that I checked out. I told them I said at check in, to add the night and they wanted to charge an astronomical price for a hotel that’s the same quality as a 15 minute motel. After going back and forth they finally gave me the price I was promised the first night. I asked for a manager. They said the manager was out because it was the holiday. Then a manager showed up. Stay away from here. Do not stay. Just bite the bullet stay at a nicer place and stay away from roach infested place. If I could upload picture I would.

There was no water available when I woke up in the morning, so I couldn’t wash my face or brush my teeth. The breakfast was disappointing—mostly vegetarian, with very few non-vegetarian options. When I entered my room, it smelled like cigarette smoke, and I could also smell smoke coming from outside. The club on the ground floor was extremely noisy, with loud music and people shouting, and I could hear everything even from my room on the second floor. There were also many people walking noisily through the corridor; the hotel should put up signs reminding guests to be quiet at night since others are trying to sleep. The staff were generally okay, but the staff who checked me in could use more training in customer service.

Our room attendant cleaned our room nicely. Only Reception team are not friendly even dont know to greet the guest , also dont to smile all very serious. Dont know breakfast charges for kids, saying you can check with the Restaurant. Rahil khan was cleaning his nose on Reception desk, disgusting. Check Camera on 24/11 @ 21.15. Divya needs more training.

Reception staffs are not welcoming. I had come across Rahil khan & Divya, both were unprofessional, Specially Rahil around 21.15 on 24/11 found him cleaning his nose with both hands on the Reception desk, Disgusting behavior. Housekeeping team and room service team very amazing.
