Not a 4-Star Experience – Disappointing Stay! This hotel does not meet 4-star standards by Dubai expectations and is not suitable for long stays. Check-in took over 3 hours, which was very frustrating. Despite booking a non-smoking room, reception initially tried to assign a smoking room. Instead of resolving issues efficiently, management attempted to upsell us to a Suite, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances. All “Spacious” rooms are facing Sheikh Zayed Road, a very busy 14-lane highway, resulting in constant traffic noise. The room itself is outdated and in need of renovation. The bathroom is very small, the door doesn’t open fully, and the tub/shower combo with a curtain feels old and inconvenient. There was also no cold water in the shower. The refrigerator/freezer was not working and was replaced with a mini-bar fridge. The kitchenette had no plates or silverware, making it unusable. Clothes came out smelling bad after using the washer/dryer, and the room clearly needs deep cleaning. On some days, towels and bath mats were missing. Technology is outdated: no AirPlay or ChromeCast, no USB charging ports, and no smart lighting controls. The building has only 5 elevators for 65-floors with 462 rooms, causing severe crowding and long waits in the morning. Overall, this property does not justify a 4-star rating in Dubai. Acceptable for a very short stay, but not recommended for extended stays.

We had excellent service from Faith at breakfast and Sirajudeen from housekeeping. The free shuttle to a few attractions and proximity to the metro was great. Unfortunately the elevators take forever especially during breakfast. We also did not like the breakfast food .

The Staff, room was excellent! I had 2 issues, first the lifts, they have so many lifts but you have to wait up to 5 minutes for it to come down! second the breakfast! service is super slow! they seem 2 have 2 restaurants and only 1 has a live egg station (2nd floor), we preferred the 1st floor restaurant and you can order eggs... but you have to wait 10-15 minutes its a joke really! every morning our breakfast got ruined, cold! towards the end of the stay we decided to skip out breakfast, it was that bad! anyways apart from that yeah not a bad place to stay!

Right from our arrival, the check-in staff were fantastic! The breakfast offered a large variety of quality food. The young lady at the door 'Faith' was smiley and offered a warm welcome. The buffet manager "Chandon" was super helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. All in all a wonderful experience! I would go back to this hotel anytime!

Common areas are a bit tired, but room was clean and comfortable. Noise travels easily between rooms though. Elevator/lifts an issue. Very long waits and rides because there are two systems that serve 64 floors and are not coordinated.

Great hotel. We had room 40 with a Burj Khalifa room and it was amazing. Staff were very good and every request was granted. Only thing is there is a long wait for the lifts and they all don't seem to be running at anyone time. Overall a great stay.

Great location for the RTA. Good, large rooms with large fridge and microwave. Good amenities, twin room had two double beds, very clean, great staff. Breakfast was good. Food at restaurant and poolside very good. The two things to consider are the shower is over a very high bath, which for someone of my height was difficult to get into and the lifts took forever to come and sometimes they were already full.

Got a room on 43rd floor which was really nice with views. Service was excellent. Wide varieties of selection in breakfast which was included. Good part for me was as I travelled from Canada there was Timmy downstairs :D
