Great hotel. We had room 40 with a Burj Khalifa room and it was amazing. Staff were very good and every request was granted. Only thing is there is a long wait for the lifts and they all don't seem to be running at anyone time. Overall a great stay.

Right from our arrival, the check-in staff were fantastic! The breakfast offered a large variety of quality food. The young lady at the door 'Faith' was smiley and offered a warm welcome.
