Hotel staff excellent! They will hold your luggage until your room is ready. The only negative experience we had was from the buffet breakfast. Ran out of food. Not enough staff on hand. The “hot” food they did have available was cold.

Hotel was in an accident deal part of Dublin to get around the city. The staff and service were fantastic, we had to cancel our trip a day short due to the ferry going home was to be cancelled due to weather coming in and the staff were helpful and considerate of our situation

The staff in general were professional specially the receptionists. They were able to give us some information/ suggestions on restaurants/ pubs and places we can visit. I requested for a refrigerator in our room and it was delivered within 10 minutes. Breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is located within walking distance to a lot of attractions/ museums, shopping, pubs/restaurants are just few minutes away and there’s one in the hotel too. Bus stop and trams are few minutes walk. Will definitely recommend and stay in this hotel when in Dublin.

We had the family room and it was a very good size room with lots of space considering it had a double and two single beds. The room was very clean. The only niggle we found was that the shower wasn’t very powerful and we struggled with washing our hair.

Solid choice. 3.5 star quality.

Great location, central to all the pubs, cafes, shops in Temple Bar. Helpful staff. More 3.5 star than 4 star quality, but comfortable and reasonable value. Some noise from busy entertainment area, but not bad and some noise is likely in most areas in the city.

Pros: The location of the hotel put us in the middle of everything. Nightlife is lively. Cons:.The shower went hot and cold involuntary and the noise was too much on Saturday night (the hotel gives earplugs, but that doesn't help).

The staff refused to do anything for us when we were unable to shower due to the shower water valve being broken. We were told we should have told them earlier. (We told them as soon as we found out - when trying to shower before leaving for the airport.) They said it was because we booked through a 3rd party but the 3rd party said they refused to answer their call. Super frustrating for a very expensive night in a hotel.

I stayed in this hotel last year and was impressed. So decided to return this year although the room was ok. But nothing outstanding there was a crack in the toilet bowl and the bath was cracked which when reported we we were offered another room. Which we declined due to the inconvenience of swopping . The positive side was the games area was good. And the room was clean

The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were ok - nothing memorable. The only issue was the noise in our room. We stayed on the first level and it felt like we were sleeping in the noisy bar itself.
