Contemporary Eastham house near the water - Pet Friendly

Minutes to both the bay and the ocean surf as well as to the bicycle path. The house is a passive solar contemporary with 2 levels (plus basement) including 12 sky lights which allow the sun to stream in. The open plan design gives the 2,000+ square foot house an even larger feel. There is a cathedral ceiling family room and sun room and the wrap around mahogany deck is perfect for relaxation after a hard day at the beach. The 16 x 16 screened in porch with cathedral ceiling and skylights was is perfect for your morning coffee, dinner or just relaxing with a book. The exterior grounds are full with mature plantings, flowers, including shade and parterre gardens. The lot is over a half acre and the adjoining lots are large so there is a strong sense of privacy. The house is on a cul-de-sac street so there is very little auto activity. Come and get away from it all! We are also pet friendly.
