The hotel was clean and in a good location, and the stay itself was okay. Unfortunately, the check-in experience felt unwelcoming, which set the tone at the start of my stay. A more friendly approach from staff would really improve the guest experience.

Hotel had a weird smell, like a special loosing incense that triggered my allergy through my entire stay. 😩 Thank goodness I took masks to wear. Casinos slots were very tight everyone I met complained about loosing money. Bed and pillows were hard, especially if you are not used to sleeping on a hard ones. Curtains in room are not black out. Bathroom shower and sink water pressure were terrible. I guess they have water problems. Please take your body wash, they give you a tiny travel size. Restaurants for dinner was a bust, not steak house, did not try. AC made noise at night . No coffee machine, no microwave. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
