Location was perfect and convenient. Enjoyed the seating area by pool and DJ on Friday night. To get to the parking garage could use improvement. Too narrow by the entrance. Although rooms were clean they could use some upgrading. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care and attention to detail. They made it so easy for me to check in early, which took a lot of stress off my trip. Everything was smooth, quick, and very accommodating. A bit confusing to find at first as check in and lobby are are the bottom of parking garage. Good location to downtown El Paso and walkable to most areas. Parking is a bit tight in parking garage with low roof.
