Sheets were dirty. We asked front desk to change them. Instead we come back to the room with a stack of clean linen. Could they have not just made the bed and taken the dirty linen. Not to mention the clean linen was again not clean. We will not be recommending or staying at this place again.

The rooms were beyond absurd. They just were not acceptable. The face people stay there is beyond me. The rooms has stains pretty much everywhere - the floor, the walls/curtains, the bed. There was an odor to the room, the door jammed bad. I felt like I was going to get bed bugs just standing there. The furniture extremely tarnished. We did not even stay here but could not get a refund.

Stained bed linens. Hotels.com advertises an “all fees and taxes” price when booking yet I was required to pay a $5 “service fee” when checking in. Construction seemed to be going to well after normal business hours.

The room smells bad, like it's old or stored away; the pillows smell of sweat. It's not pleasant to spend the nights there, uncomfortable with those hygiene issues.
