The room is very dated (a little like an old granny’s room). Of course you get what you pay for and this was Messe time … Still, it would be good to give the rooms a minimal upgrade. The very limited staffing of the reception (4 hours per day only) is also not very welcoming.

Veraltet,viel kaputt,Schimmelgeruch.Mobiliar 1979

Zimmer in desolaten renovierungs- und SANIERUNG-bedürftigem Zustand. Starker Schimmelgeruch trotz offenem Fenster. Uralter Teppich viele kaputte Stellen an Steckdosen, wandpaneelen. Fliesen lösen sich unter der Toilette Vermutlich seit 1979 nichts mehr gemacht worden. Ich wundere mich, daß es legal , ein Zimmer in diesem Zustand zu vermieten. Auch bei dem schlanken Preis. Der kann als Ausrede nicht hinhalten , dann fafür bekommt man z.B. ein Hotel, das ähnlich wie eine Fastfood Kette klingt, das blitsauber und in top Zustand ist Dame an der Rezeption freundlich. Hat es aber auch nicht gerettet. Die Bewertungen bei Google sind schon richtig. Hier sehr zahm. Übrigens 1 Hotel -2 Namen. Also nicht zu empfehlen.

Der Empfang im Hotel war freundlich. Das Einzelzimmer ist einfach, aber sehr sauber. Schade, das kein Frühstück angeboten wird. Ein bereitgestellter Wasserkocher, eine Tasse und Teebeutel stehen zur Verfügung. Ein Bäcker um die Ecke bietet belegte Brötchen an. Der Preis ist für das angebotene Zimmer aus meiner Sicht angemessen.

Budget Hotel dont expect too much

Apartment style hotel without elevator. Nearly all Self serviced by yourself. If no car, nearest supermarket and restaurant will be some walking distance. Plenty free parking place along the streets around the hotel.

Gastfreundliches Hotel in günstiger Lage

Ich war zu einer Fortbildung in Essen. Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Besonders das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet ist zu loben. Das Zimmer zur Gartenseite war sehr ruhig, sauber und gemütlich. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr daran interessiert, dass man sich wohlfühlt.

とても不親切で使い勝手の悪いホテル

チェックイン当日は夜12時頃到着。インターホンすら通じずチェックインできなかった。後で調べるとチェックインは21時までとのこと。田舎の一軒家じゃないんだからといっても後の祭り。しっかりキャンセル料は100％取られた。その後彷徨い、他のホテルにチェックインした。イレギュラーには対応しない、旅行者には使い勝手の悪いホテル。

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einfachem Hotel

Ideal für jemanden, dem es nicht auf Protz und Prunk ankommt, sondern auf eine saubere Unterkunft. Eine Dusch-Garnitur in der Badewanne statt einer wirklichen Dusche ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. dafür dürfte das Hotel zu den preiswertesten im Ruhrgebiet gehören.

Handy little hotel in Altendorf

We needed something cheap and convenient to stay in for the Tanzen in den Mai party in Essen, and this worked perfectly. Check in was tricky as the office manager wasn't there when we arrived, but she came minutes later and was more than helpful.

Vernünftiges Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs - Verhältnis. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgewogen, das Personal freundlich und entgegenkommend. Einziger subjektiver Kritikpunkt: die Inneneinrichtung der Aufenthaltsräume und Gästezimmer ist sehr rustikal und entspricht nicht mehr ganz den heutigen Designvorstellungen. Aber vielleicht ist es der Trend von morgen. Trotzdem ist das Hotel rundum zu empfehlen! Die ruhige Lage garantiert erholsamen Schlaf.

This kind of place is difficult to find: very reasonable price, quiet and clean, VERY friendly and proffessional staff, good and cheap Breakfast, nice garden. Area is quiet, no restaurants or shops but highly recommended for business travellers.

Small and quiet hotel

We have stayed here twice now. It is small and quiet for a good night's sleep. We have not eaten breakfast there, so I can't comment on that.
