We stayed for a week and enjoyed a live band, great food, a variety of birds, walking paths, beautiful landscaping, and pools. The Staff (restaurant waiters/waitresses, cleaners, groundskeepers, and front desk receptionists) were friendly and their efforts showed how they care about the work they are doing. We also had a wonderful couples massage at The Sonoran Spa (onsite, but a different business). We highly recommend the Wyndham Westward Look Resort!

Westward Look Intimate and Beautiful

We stay here almost every time we visit Tucson. This was our 4th stay. The property is beautiful and a resort but with a smaller more intimate feel. That is what I love most about Westward Look. I love wandering around the property taking photos of the owls and other wildlife. It has a beautiful view of the city and Catalina’s and has large pine and cottonwoods where owls roost. The people who work here are very nice and always say hello. I used to clean rooms myself and I know it’s tedious work and can make you feel tired and like you’ve got to focus but all of the staff take time to check in on you. The pools are lovely and the rooms have comfortable beds with nice blackout curtains for sleep. I like getting the desert view rooms so that I can sit out on the balcony or patio and view the stars or wildlife. Many of the room are set up in a sextuplet with the two staircases leading to two upper rooms and two staircases leading to two lower rooms. On the ground level are two additional rooms to the side. Often in front of these rooms is a fountains or some beautiful plantings. Some rooms have one large wall of windows overlooking a lenai, while others have their own hot tub. The grill is very good and the waitstaff have always been very attentive. The Tohono Chul Botanical garden is just down the road and there are plenty of restaurants and stores right in the area if you need things to be close by. I prefer to explore all of Tucson. Honestly, it’s my happy place!

The property and landscaping are exceptional. We didn't have reliable TV service for 3 days which was frustrating especially when it was a bit too cold to go swim. We were surprised that the room had 2 full sized beds rather than 2 queen beds but we made it work!

The resort offers a beautiful, relaxed environment with all the services and amenities needed to comfortably hang out and relax for the day. My husband, 13 yr old son and I spent a few days in March at this property. We absolutely loved it! Beautiful scenery, warm pools (3), pickelball courts, and lots of walking trails. We feel very spoiled by having taken a nature walk tour with Ramoundo who has been in charge of the grounds there for nearly 40 years. He has an incredible depth of knowledge about desert plants and the environment. Our morning walk with him around the property was educational and beautiful. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and we had a gorgeous view of the Tucson sunset. Will definitely stay here again if in Tucson.
