Great experience at the hotel.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The pool and the lifeguards were amazing, having early free breakfast was extremely helpful with a child, and generally, the hotel fuel was very good and local.

The hotel looks very nice and everyone working was friendly. The elevators both broke and at one point were both out of service during our stay. Our AC unit in the room was leaking and created a huge puddle, also our bathroom sink would not drain. The breakfast was very nice and had lots of options for us to grab on our way out in the morning. The location was convenient for a concert nearby. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice.

Nice but...

The hotel and room pretty nice and clean! The bed is very very comfortable! Lots of options for breakfast! We went mid week, so the hotel was pretty empty. Surprisingly, they put us in between occupied rooms and we quickly learned the walls are thin. The pool is also very nice, but the lifeguard was rude, inattentive, and obviously snuck her friends and family in. I booked through hotels.com, but the invoice I signed at the hotel was about $40 cheaper than the booking- my cc was charged the higher amount. The outdoor bar looked attractive, but the staff said it still requires plumbing and electricity, so it's currently not open. Despite all these "buts" I may give it a second chance in the future.

Amazing service and staff!

Super comfortable bed! Haven’t sleep that well in a hotel for a while! The service and friendliness from all staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind. Our kids loved the pool as well. Wish we had a longer stay.

Very limited lighting in the room and also in the bathroom. My keycard stopped working causing me to have to return to the front desk. There was also a musty smell. With the boxes everywhere and the doors blocked from the far extension, caused the parking lot to be dark outside and unsafe for walking to the nearest entrance.

The inn is pretty and not far from the boardwalk area in Solomons Island. It was quiet and had few guests during the midweek. The continental breakfast was good and the staff is friendly and helpful. But a few issues were odd: they had to hunt up a remote for our TV and the phone in our room lit up and flashed until we unplugged it during the night. There were also some minor plumbing issues. They seem to be upgrading the place so we hope it will be lovely and ship-shape soon.
