This is an excellent place to stay with great rooms and a great hotel breakfast. The only downside is the South Everett neighborhood around 128th has seen better days and is a bit rough. So don't leave valuables in your vehicle and try to park pretty close to the entrance.

The customer service team were great. The room was clean, the pool area was clean snd the breakfast was great. The two things that were not great were the elevator didn’t work and we had to walk the 3 flights of stairs and the hot tub jets didn’t work. I would stay there again.

The concierge was friendly and helpful - really a neat guy. We had a quiet room, as requested, and tested well. The breakfast was good - a little above adequate. Fruit would have been nice. Overall, a very pleasant stay in Everett!

The property is right next to a casino. We saw a woman prowling cars. Needles in the bushes. The patio furniture at the pool is decayed and paint is flaking. The woman that runs the kitchen/ breakfast area is fowl to say the least. They need to reacess the staff.
