Our room was kept very clean. The housekeeping staff was superb and friendly; they were aware of our situation and made an effort to see that our room was always clean. Tom, the manager helped out when we had a problem with the TVs in the room...and it was Thanksgiving!! The Manager's "Happy Hour" on Wednesdays was a hit! The "appetizers" were more than enough for a meal, and even included a beer or glass of wine! All free!! Each person at the front desk was excellent in answering questions and was very friendly and helpful. They knew our stay was medically involved, so they always asked how we were doing. Breakfasts often are so-so, but here they were hot and varied. Each suite has a kitchenette, so you could always make your own breakfast, but why bother when the breakfasts were good and ready to eat. If you are concerned about airport noise, don't. The morning and evening flights were never an issue for us, there was hardly any noise. We were pleasantly surprised since the hotel is so close to the airport, but it was a non issue. Yes, we highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed one week at the property and had a decent experience. The main negative was that the hot tub was down for our stay, which cannot be helped but at the same time because that was a deciding factor between staying at Homestay versus somewhere else, it was more than a bummer; especially on a weeklong stay. So I am probably going to grind that ax on this point disproportionately because of its significance [to us]. I am that person that does their research, calls the property to make sure that X,Y, and Z, and still things happen and I get that. We had issues with our lock failing and our TV not working but the gentleman that came to fix both was a gem. We had no issues after that initial first day. We got to know the housekeeping staff over the course of the week - shout out to them. They were great! Breakfast was good and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The proximity to the airport was fantastic and we went to a Bison game, which we just walked over for and that worked out great. We also loved being close to restaurants and the air museum.

We arrived the day of "No King's Day"...the next day, Sunday Morning the Kitchen Staff were having a loud very rude conversation against the sitting POTUS. This hotel was a favorite of mine until this incident. I will take my business elsewhere during future stays in Fargo.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good for the adults and had several hot and cold options. The pastries were surprisingly fresh and delicious and well portioned (small) so you could enjoy one without over-indulging. Two complaints: another reviewer commented on the beds being uncomfortable and I'd agree. If you have lower back or hip issues, you might hurt in the morning like I did. It was a rough night's sleep for that reason. Also, at night, the water drained in the shower, but it did not in the morning. That is always so unpleasant.
