Outdated

Hotel was nice & clean but quite outdated. You can tell it's very old, or looks like it was built in the 70's. Also, note: they do not valet park trucks. You have to self park.

Poor lighting

The lighting in the room was very dull and in the bathroom it was hard to see because the lights were very yellow. The light above the tub was broke. I did let the front desk know about the light that was out when we checked out so I am sure they will replace it.

By far the best place to stay in Fayetteville. Walk to the square or Dickson Street. Take the bus to sporting events or a short uber ride. Great restaurants, bars, the farmer’s market, etc. Never search for AirBnBs. If you are going to Fayetteville keep it simple and just book it every time. Everything it has to offer in its location far surpasses the savings you might get at a chain hotel out of the way off busy streets.
