Superior Stay - Great Staff

Above all, the staff was superior. Incredibly welcoming and helpful, we could always count on them to handle any requests in a most positive fashion. Special kudos to Paolo and James. The breakfast provided could not have been better nor have offered a greater selection. We would stay here in a heartbeat on our next visit to Florence.

Good location, beds not the best, windows opened to a tiny quad where the other windows were residents so was noisy, room was stuffy but would be better once AC is turned on. Staff was super nice and helpful..picked hotel due to location and price.

I did not like that room 301 does not have a key card like the other rooms. We had to leave a giant key fob at the desk every time we left the hotel.
