The clerk that check us in wasn't welcoming and gave NO information on anything, just asked for my ID and handed it back with my room key. The room was dirty but not to bad as it was for just one night and we had our own blanket. The tub was just that, a tub. The jets didn't work so not sure why theybare charging for a jacuzzi when it just a tub.The shower had black mold in it so we showered with sandals on. When we were getting dressed, someone knock on our door and then came in. At check in tgey said there was NO HOUSEKEEPING so why were they there. And throughout the night you can hear people walking by the bathroom windows which were locked but it still didn't feel safe. This was probably not the best hotel but it motel 6 so, you get what you pay for or in my case a bigger tub!!!

Motel 6 webpage NEVER stated pool was closed or their Resto was closed. 1/2 inch gap on entrance door - good thing the dead bolt was 1 1/2 inch deep. Bathroom florescent light inoperable. Curtain in back room only closed so far leaving 1 foot of opening. No coffee maker. NO Shampoo. TV remote not working. The walls so thin, I HEARD multiple sexy times from different rooms... Location was excellent, price for Ft Bragg area was cheap ($155 for 2 nights - Fri and Sat nights in mid Oct 2025), but the BEST part were the 2 women at the front desk, Tanya throughout the day and (forgot her name) the very nice woman at the front desk at night.
At least 1/2 inch gap on entrance door while closed. Good thing the dead bolt was at least 1 1/2 inch deep

I have stayed at this Motel 6 before; granted, It's been a while, however, it was the most uncomfortable bed, I've ever slept on and the room Itself, needs to be updated. I know being right there on the ocean. It's hard because of the seawater. However, this place looks really run down. The staff in the office was really great and helpful. I guess if you have dogs it's a good place to stay cause. You don't have to worry about ruining anything. I noticed a few homeless people staying in some rooms and hanging out, which made me kinda nervous. I've stated other motel sixes that are on the water, such as in Cambria, California, and it is so nice.

Honestly, in the past, this motel has been known for some sketchy stuff, but I think this place has really turned itself around. It is extremely clean through when we stayed in was really nice. The staff were super nice. There was just something wrong with our air conditioner, but other than that, it was a really pleasant day. Seems like they’re starting to upgrade some stuff around the property and it’s starting to look really nice.

The room could have been cleaner, with dust and hair under the beds. Our bed sank in the middle. I have to say, when we needed something for the room, the staff was quick to comply. It is convenient to shopping and the beach, was pet-friendly, just wish the spot to take your pets was larger.

We thought our room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities we needed. We were able to walk to a restaurant every night of our stay. We will be staying with you again on our next trip to Fort Bragg. Thankyou to all the staff.

Room in bad condition. A lot of broken tile in bathroom. Hole in ceiling where exhaust fan used to be. Vinyl tile in main area broken and pieces missing. All cove base missing from walls.

The filters on air conditioner were filthy. I cleaned all I could so we could sleep. We had problems getting to the location and were so tired when we arrived we just made the best of it. But the floors were dirty so barefoot walking there. One of the queen beds had definitely had someone else sleep in it prior to us being there. The walk in shower’s curtain didn’t go all the way down so shower water ran all over bathroom floor. I would never recommend this hotel.

It was really fine, but they didn’t have any extras and the bed was very uncomfortable. I woke up with a terrible backache. It was a convenient location and of course inexpensive compared to other places.
