We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The hotel and grounds are well kept and the staff is exceptional! The beach itself is managed by a seperate party and you do need to pay to rent lounge chairs or cabanas bit they are well worth it. The service on the beach is excellent also. Room service is a bit pricey also but the food is excellent! I would have given 5 stars but a power convention came in and took over half the place for a few days ( i guess thats common) and i ordered scrambled eggs for breakfast one morning and they were gross /instant. For that price i want real eggs. But everything and everyone else was outstanding! I would certainly go again. Also, this place is very safe which is super important these days.

The hotel held a wedding one night, and the next morning there was vomit all over the exterior walkways , and it remained there for the duration of our stay. In general not a very clean and kept up place for the cost

Came for a conference and had a great stay. All of the meals were amazing, the service outstanding, and the staff always helpful. The one downside of this property (which may deter me from coming back despite the positives) was the lack of cell service and weak WiFi. Both my phones on T-Mobile and Verizon had no service in my room and it took me calling their IT support to hardwire my computer to the internet for that to work, and even that, slowly. Both worked decently well outside of my room and in the conference space, but not having it in my room was difficult to manage with work.

Large property, great location

Front desk staff were not friendly. The property is lovely, the restaurants are great with awesome staff.

Absolutely lovely property- everything you need is right there. Good food, clean property, great pool, beach at your fingertips. Everything was great, EXCEPT it is LOUD most of the time. Live music everywhere, almost all the time. The music in the lobby rattles your walls in the room until 11pm. We were on the second floor and could hear every word and the bass rattled our walls. There was not a single quiet spot to read a book or have a conversation without loud music.
