This property is exactly as listed. Very clean, and all basics are provided. Beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler available for renters use. Beautiful view & the beach restoration created an amazing wide white sand beach.

Best views on the beach!

This was a wonderful unit!The views were just stunning.It was perfect for my husband and I.Construction on the island is still so prevalent even after 3 years since Ian. Construction on the beach right in front of us was interesting, making the beach bigger in spots & bringing more sand in
but a fan helped w/ that noise.It’ll be great when everything is built back up and maybe some more restaurants go in on the south end of FMB
surprised Santini Mall isn’t back up and running. The 7-11 close by was nice and the Publix fairly close was convenient. I grew up going to FMB every spring break, so did my boys. It was very nice to be back!

Relaxing & Wonderful!!

This was our first time at this property. Everything was wonderful! From communication with the gals we rented from to checking into the condo. The room is perfect for a single or a couple. The location on the beach was fantastic!! Thank you for a relaxing & wonderful week!!!

Beautiful View

View was great and Nesbit Reality easy to work with. The condo needs a little TLC. Mold on shower curtain, torn lampshade, lots of dust on fake plants, no dishwasher or garbage disposal. Didn't use stove but it was rusty and not too clean. We have been coming to EBTC for years always enjoy it . This year was no exception.

Fourth time to this complex, great property right on the beach, sunsets are unbelievable, quiet end of island, but bars and restaurants right across the street (check out sands meatloaf sandwich), will be back :)

The view is beautiful and the location is excellent. The property management company, Kathy Nesbit, was very responsive and helpful. This is our 2nd time staying at the property (different unit), and we would do so again.

Beautiful views and location.

We enjoyed our time at this property. The space is small, but adequate for my husband and me. We loved the balcony facing the ocean for our morning coffee. The location is away from much of the business of Fort Myers beach, which we appreciated. My only recommendation is to list what is provided or not provided by the unit. Past VRBO's we have used have provided beach towels, so I did not pack any for this trip.This unit did not provide any. It would be helpful to know this, so we could bring what would not be provided. Thanks for sharing your beautiful spot with us!

Relaxing & Refreshing

The view was amazing. We saw dolphins almost every morning, and we also saw a trio of juvenile sting rays. Very clean condo and comfortable bed. Walkable to shops & restaurants and the beach is your backyard. We left feeling relaxed & refreshed.

Breathtaking Views

The views are more beautiful in person than these pictures. The room was clean and perfect in size for a couple. The balcony offered endless moments for breakfast, sunset wine and my guest even slept on the lounge chair one night to listen to the waves!! The room is just below the penthouse in a quiet, well maintained building. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and some beach extras are stored in your closet! Steps away to the beach that can lead you north 6 miles to Times Square shopping and tiki bars and food along the way, and south to over the bridge to Lovers Key if you’re up for the walks! Perfect location away from the bustle, but convenient restaurants and shopping across the street! I rent a bike for 2 weeks which was all you need (with shuttle busses) if you’re staying local. I’d recommend this condo and the management was easy to work with!

Nice view/bad mattress

View is lovely, property is nice, quiet, communication could be better about check in processes, and needs in unit like toilet paper/paper towels, etc., overall nice stay after a couple a surprises. The mattress ABSOLUTELY needs to be replaced, it’s broken down and I believe I read a review about it needing to be replaced that had been addressed, stating that the unit was being updated, but I will have to look back at the reviews. Again, the mattress is not good!

Estero Beach and Tennis Club

Room was warm and was told that the air conditioning didn’t work properly, making the room humid. Linen services were unclear on proper usage. Trivial but only 1 roll of toilet paper. TV cable service would shut down and reset about every hour. Was a little inconvenient.

Very well maintained property in and out. If I had one thing to critique it would be the pool was not swept daily and there was some sand in it but really one of the nicest condos ocean front I stayed in.

Pool hours..

Pool closed a half hour before sunset, just sitting at a table playing cards, with not drinking liquor. We were at different locations near by, and pools were open until at least 9 pm. Definitely not a location for young kids or grand kids that would like to utilize the pool..!! For my wife and myself seen the Pool boss tell people, no clear plastic water bottles within 6' of pool.. I personally felt sorry for couples with elementary kids, we are in our 50's, no kids, and felt we were to young to be at this location or accepted for age..!!👎 Everything else was adequate ..
