Location, Location, Location! One of the best locations to stay when visiting Fort Myers Beach! A quiet residential street within one block to main street Ft Myers Beach! Walking distance to EVERYTHING, beach, shops, restaurants, bars, Times Squares, the new hot spot Bayside Park is a 2 minute walk, and the most amazing sunsets you've ever seen! Only 100 yards to Moss Marina if you want to rent a boat or drop a kayak in the water skies, go for a parasail ride, or walk and collect beautiful shells. You can always just chill and relax in the back yard with the awesome pool and cook out on the grill and dine by the pool.

This listing is for the first level unit which features an open concept living area with direct access to the beautiful heated pool. This unit is super cute, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and full kitchen with everything you need. Floors are ceramic and this unit is comfortably furnished. Each bedroom offers a queen bed, 32" smart TV and closets for storage. There’s also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There's Super fast 150 Mpbs wi-fi speed. Tv is streamed via Roku, super easy to use. And there’s Ample off-street parking.

Kitchen was well stocked! They even had salt and pepper for us! This place is centrally located to shops and the beach. The pool was wonderful. We also had beach chairs and a wagon at our disposal.

Amazing home! We had all we needed for our two week stay. Very clean and stocked kitchen with all you need to cook. Beautiful pool with outdoor grill. Chairs and umbrella for the beach along with a cart to carry it. Conveniently located for all the restaurants and shops at Times Square. We stayed in the lower level and our friends stayed a week in the upper. Leah was an amazing host. Highly recommend and we will stay again.

July 4th Spectacular Stay

We booked last minute for an extended weekend over the 4th of July. We are locals, but just wanted to have a quick staycation. Upon arrival Leah sent us wonderful instructions. The house was super clean and smelled amazing too. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family of four with a spacious kitchen and living room. We had a good amount of rain throughout our stay, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool. The pool deck was perfect for our early morning and late evening swims. The beds and furniture were very comfortable too. Leah has everything you need to enjoy the pool and even a beach wagon to cart all the stuff you need for the beach. Everything including the beach is just a short walk down the street. We will definitely be renting again in the future.

FMB May 2025 vaca

I stayed with my two young adult daughters in the lower unit. It is clean & beautifully remodeled. It is a super layout conveniently walks out to the pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed and was the perfect temp. & clean all week ! Super easy 2-5 minute walk to restaurants, bars & the beach. Marina is around the corner and easy access to on/off the beach being so close to the bridge. We spent most of the time in the private pool. I highly recommend this place and the host! Thank you for a great vacation!

This is the BEST place I have ever stayed in FMB. The host is the greatest!! The house is the best location you can ask for. Walk to most places to eat and drink. The beach isn't far at all. Everything you need for the beach is at the house. The downstairs unit is perfect for our 3 girls trip. YOU MUST STAY HERE!

We loved everything about this rental. We had two separate families that rented the upstairs and the downstairs. It was so nice that we could congregate together at the pool and cook out but go to our separate places when we wanted. The downstairs is basically brand new. The pool was great, the location was amazing, the laundry room was super convenient. And Leah was such a great host. She checked in on us to see if needed anything throughout our stay. She even cleans her own property which tells you how much pride she takes in it. We will definetly stay here again.

Great location and private pool

Our family stayed a week here and it was great!! Leah did an excellent job communicating with us and making sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The entire lower level has been recently renovated due to the recent hurricanes and it is in great condition with new appliances, cabinets, furniture and bathroom shower. The location can't be beat with close walking distance to Time Square and the popular bars and restaurants. The private pool area is fantastic with a newer gas grill for cookouts. Would definitely rent again when visiting FMB.

Girls getaway

My dear friend and I needed a break from life…and husbands. This place was perfect for us. Close to everything, a private pool. The 2 bedroom unit was perfect. It had all the comforts of home. The only difference in my home and here was this one was cleaner! Leah was a joy. We will be back.

Perfect location

The property was clean and perfectly located to walk to the beach and local bars a restaurants. The owner was amazing and really accommodating and helpful. Moms for breakfast was an amazing suggestion. The pool was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet- minus a barking dog.

Best location on Fort Myers Beach

The Bluehouse is a cute clean spot within walking distance of all the activity that FMB has to offer. Lovely helpful host provided everything we needed for our stay, even bicycles to ride around town and beach chairs for taking to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, but super close to everything. The beautiful pool was the perfect way to cool off after a busy day in FM.

Great get away with fabulous location on FMB!

Great get away for my husband and I! Location was amazing it was a short walk to the beach in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. We also were within walking distance to plenty of restaurants & things to do. We rented bottom part of condo which was beautifully furnished with a pool steps away from the back door. Host was very communicative letting us know about events happening on the island. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in FMB! Can’t wait to come back.

Short getaway

This cozy home was perfect for a little getaway with my husband and our 1 year old daughter. The pool access made it easy to enjoy the sun while our baby napped, the location was perfect being in walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach! Leah was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. We’ll definitely be recommending this home to family and friends, and look forward to being back again!
