There's plenty of counter space and cabinets, with everything necessary to create any type of meal you choose. There is a double stainless steel sink. The dining area and living room. There is a cafe table with four chairs in the kitchen area. The spacious living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, end table and lamp, glass top coffee table, barrel chair, stressless leather recliner and a flat screen TV.
A sun room extends from the living room with a Full sleep sofa beneath, a double dresser, barn doors for privacy, and a door providing access to the outer deck. The deck wraps around overlooking the street and the side and rear of the home and the shared heated swimming pool and sun deck. There are also stairs providing access down to the pool. The deck is nicely furnished with one round table and four chairs, with additional patio seating.
Two bedrooms have ceiling fans and king size beds, flat screen TVs, night stands, dressers and ample closet space. There are two full baths. Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance.
