The rooms, dining area, lobby and pool were very very clean! Loved the night cookies! The managers and staff were friendly and genuine! Excellent customer service at the colonial blvd location in Fort Meyers! We extended our stay to come back and stay! We wont stay anywhere else! We teaveled very far! (Alaska) it felt safe, comfortable and relaxing there.
Great sun exposure, shaded areas for kids, good chairs, towels provided for the pool!
Cute little visitor! The pool and plants are well kept and clean!

We have now stayed at this location on two different occasions, both times were exceptional experiences. Close to highway, quiet area, nice front desk personnel, main areas of hotel seem clean and nicely maintained!! The two guest rooms w/ bathrooms that we have had at this location, have both been very clean, nicely maintained and everything in the rooms function as they should. As a bonus the fridge in the rooms have a decent amount of space for being a mini fridge.

This property provided a budget friendly lodging option, but was not ideal. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the public areas were clean & updated. Unfortunately upon arrival, I was given a room on the third floor that absolutely reeked of "dog". Staff kindly moved me to another room. The hotel is not in the best of areas and the industrial-like area across the street is poorly lit.
