Yhden makuuhuoneen kuljetus talo, nukkua neljä. (Kaksi aikuista ja kaksi lasta). Täysikokoinen keittiö, jossa on Den, kaksi televisiota (yksi makuuhuoneessa ja yksi denissa), joissa kaikissa on internet ja WiFi. Vuokraan sisältyy kaksi rantapyörää ja kaksi rantatuolia, joissa on sateenvarjo. Vuokralla on erillinen sisäänkäynti ja oma ulkosuihku kuumalla vedellä hiekan huuhtelemiseksi. Vuokralla on myös toisessa kerroksessa kuisti, josta on näkymät metsän villieläinten alueelle.

Comfortable relaxing stay

Jim & his wife have done a wonderful job decorating this beautiful place. They have thought of everything. The bed was so comfortable. It is located in a beautiful neighbor and in a very convenient location to seaside. It was super easy and quick to get to the beach. We loved everything about it and can’t wait to go back again!

Home away from home

Jim’s charming cottage checked all the boxes. Bike ride or walk to Seaside. Same for the beach! We rode the accessible bikes to the tennis center several days during our stay. Large TV in the bedroom, comfy bed, and good space for two. Pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Overall

Great location, great scenery, great food, great living conditions, and most importantly, great hosts. Couldn’t recommend it more as it’s a great place at only a 5 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the Seaside Square.

Perfect get away location

We have been to 30A many times as a family. This time it was just the two of us. Jim and Debbie are gracious hosts and the carriage house was perfect. Tastefully decorated, very clean and a great location. We like to visit the beach and Seaside but love to retreat to a quiet place for the evening. This fit our needs perfectly.

My wife and I had an incredible say here. We've come down to this area a lot and this was one of our favorite properties. Great location. Loved being able to bike over to the beach. Can't wait to visit again!

Perfect Getaway Spot!

The hosts have thought of everything you would want or need for your stay. This beautifully decorated carriage house is the perfect size for two people. We loved riding the bicycles and the backpack cooler came in handy on our beach days. From check in to check out we had a wonderful experience and can’t wait for our next stay.

I stayed her with my 16-year-old daughter and the carriage house did not disappoint! Jim and Debbie have a beautiful place with top of the line appliances, comfortable furnishings, and a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Best rental experience on 30a!

Jim has created a wonderful space! The location is perfect, we would come and go several times throughout the day. The beach is a super close walk. We loved walking and bike riding everywhere, even Publix is an easy bike ride away. The rental is even better that the pictures! We both said that the bed is so comfortable that we didn’t feel like we had even left home. And you have everything you need for the visit! We will be back for sure!

Magnificent beach vacation! Just as advertised.

Excellent rental -- spotless and great location. The first morning we were there lightning hit the house and damaged the TVs, a/c and hot water heater. We went to eat brunch and Jim had everything replaced and fixed before we returned that afternoon! He was an excellent communicator and we couldn't have been more pleased. The rental is in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood within easy walking or bicycling distance of the beach and all the Seaside shops and restaurants. Perfect stay for any couple that wants a peaceful, beautiful vacation.
