This beautifully decorated home is ideal for spending quality time with your guests, located in the amenity rich community of Ocean View Beach Club. This home offers a large living with a sleeper sofa and dining area as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The upstairs has additional living space with a large flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. The owner's bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has also has a king size bed with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds with twin size beds. There is a shared full bathroom with a shower tub combo.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Top notch community amenities include: seasonally run shuttle to Bethany Beach, outdoor pool, fitness center, multi sport court, sauna and walking trails.

Amenity passes will be available per person at the prevailing rate. Amenities available per the HOA.
