This is a nice property but whilst the bar staff were very helpful, the reception staff were straight forward if not unhelpful. I had difficulty with the wifi and they didnt want to help. My room was very small and cold. Overall, it was satisfactory but disappointing.

Great hotel within walking distance of everything. Very affordable. The room is small but has everything you need. Would have been nice to have an iron and coffee in the room but they were available in the lobby to bring upstairs. Happy with our stay and would stay again next time we’re in Frankfurt.

The rooms were very small and there was very little storage to even set your suitcase up. There were no closets and very tiny areas in the room to hang anything up with only 5 hangers. There were two of us in the room and they gave us one duvet that would not cover us both. The front desk people were very, very helpful and it was close to many attractions.

It was such a wonderful experience! Super hotel and very warm and friendly service. Really convenient to get anywhere with a tram stop directly in front of the hotel and Old Town is a few minutes walk.
