Tervetuloa 9 palmuun! Olemme sijaitsee kadun toisella puolella rannasta Sea Islessä palmujen ympäröimällä alueella. Saapuessasi tunnet uskomattoman tuulen ja saavuttuaksesi portaiden huipulle, sinua tervehtii kaunis Persianlahden näkymä. Sisällä huomaat äskettäin uusitut lattiat, kauniit, mukavat kalusteet ja upouusi keittiömme. Siinä on jääkaappi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdinuuni ja kahvinkeitin. Tarjolla on myös kaikki tarvittavat kattilat, pannut, astiat, ruokailuvälineet sekä mausteet ja perusmausteet. Tuo vain päivittäistavarat ja ruokahalu! Kotissamme on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa queen-vuode ja queen-size-vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Tämä on myös lomakotimme, joten pidämme sitä hyvin varustettuna kaiken, mitä löydät omassa kodissasi. Talossa on 3 erilaista keräilyaluetta. Aamiaisen baarissa on olo / ruokailuhuone, jossa on lisäistuimia. Kannen ulkopuolella on ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu 6 henkilöä, ja toinen alakerrassa oleva ruokapöytä ja oleskelutila talon alla, joka on aina upea tuulensa.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Sea Isle Beach. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The place was exactly as described and was very clean and tidy. I loved that it was less than 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. My only complaint is there wasn't enough toilet paper or any kitchen towels. It would be nice if those items would have been provided. But that is a small issue. Just make sure to bring those items with you.We will definitely be back for another visit!

A Very, Very Comfortable Stay - Perfect!!!

#1, the location was perfectly and centrally located! #2, the neighborhood is clean and quiet, quiet enough you can hear the waves just a short walk away, #3, St Jacinto (at blinking light) is the entrance into the neighborhood, but you can also take it straight across the street to a huge beach parking area! #4, a short drive away, in the same neighborhood, is West End Marina, which has excellent food and drinks! #5, the house is just a very comfortable place to stay and a steal for the cost, you feel like you are staying at home. #6, The beds and pillows were awesome! #7, the owner is the BEST we have ever dealt with EVER - attentive and immediately communicates! 5-Start Overall Rating.

Great Beach Home

This was the perfect little beach home. It was accurately advertised and close to the beach and provided everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The front porch was a great place to have coffee and lunch and we spent most of our day walking to and from the beach.

Cozy Beach Getaway in a Great Location, But Better for Couples Than Families

I recently stayed at this home and had a pleasant experience. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. However, the view didn’t live up to expectations, as you can barely see the ocean from the property.The house was very clean and well-maintained, though it's a bit on the older side. It had everything we needed, and it was clear the owners take good care of it. The communication with the host was excellent; they were quick to respond and very friendly, which made the whole process smooth.While the house worked well for our trip, I would say it’s a bit small for a family of four, especially when it claims to accommodate six people. I would recommend it for two couples or a couple’s getaway, but it may not be the best choice for families with kids. That said, it could be a fun and cozy escape for those looking for a peaceful retreat close to the beach.

The house doesn't represent the pictures- wouldn't book this one

The house location is close to the beach. Outside needs painting, wood falling off the house. Deck in desperate need of repair, safety issues for young children and elderly . Patio furniture was challenging at times to use due to wear and tear. The front door was so hard to open, took multiple attempts to open every time, very frustrating. Needs repair ASAP! 6 towels, 1 hand towel and no wash cloths. Random clothes in the drawers. The one closet cannot be used, too much random stuff piled high. We all had to shower outside (works great) because inside shower backed up with hair coming up from the drain, Good news the weather was perfect all 4 days. The house does not sleep 6 people, the only other place to sleep besides the queen beds is couch (not a pull out). Air conditioning worked great! The cleanliness was an opportunity, example, floors, bedrooms and bathroom. Bring bug spray lots of mosquitoes. I would pass on booking this place until repairs are made.

Porch maintenance needed

Porches and railings are rotten in so many places and need to be repaired. My 6 year old couldn’t lean on the railing to look over because it started to lean. Property is super clean and furniture looks to be new. The inside of the house is really nice and everything is there that you will need. There is a busier road in between the neighborhood and the beach but we rented a golf cart so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The shower down stairs was great to rinse of sand!

The house worked great for the two of us. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. It could use a better cleaning job of the bathroom. Typical of Galveston houses, there was rotten wood on the exterior and some storm windows were not working. We wish the palm trees in the front were trimmed for a better view of the beach. We spent the day on the beach and dined out.
