We enjoyed our stay at The Park Vista Hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Our grandson loved the pool area. Room service was very fast and good. My only complaint would be that the balcony and outside of the building do look dated. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay at the Park Vista again.

Wonderful greeting at check in. Staff members where efficient, gave us so much information on the area and made sure we were on the same floor as the friends we were traveling with. Having the local trolley available to transport us down to Main Street was so convenient.

Very beautiful property. Staff friendly, bar and dining at the hotel. Pricing was a lit high but food tasting was great. On weekend hotel had many guess causing difficulties to finding parking spaces.

Park Vista was a wonderful experience. From check in (with friendly staff and hot cookie on a cold night) we loved our stay there. The bar restaurants were excellent catering until late night; breakfast buffet was amazing with extraordinary care by the crew. We loved access to easy touristic spots and fun and classic architecture of the hotel. Would always stay here !

We have stayed here numerous times and it is the only place we stay in Gatlinburg. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Pool is always a hit with the kids. They have done some renovations to the pool area and they are nice. Breakfast was great every morning. Employees must like working there because we’ve seen the same ones for years. Only complaint was a conference was going on while we were there and parking was an absolute nightmare. No fault to the hotel. Conference organizer needs to do a better job of arranging transportation for those not staying on property or encourage them to car pool. Views are amazing.

Park Vista Visit for Volleyball Tournament

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The fridge worked. The view was exceptional. My daughter enjoyed the pool. Negatives: The drawers were broken, some couldn’t unpack our clothes. The shower took 10 minutes to heat up in the morning. I only know this because I took a freezing cold shower because the water didn’t heat up. When I was almost finished, the water got warm.
