The condo was better than expected, area was very quiet, clean and update very spacious for our party of 18. Enough beds and space. Pool area was clean. The deck was large and the kitchen was stocked with plates, glasses and cups. Communication was easy, our code for access did not work but they had that fixed with in seconds. The only thing that did not work was the jets in the whirlpool but that was not issue. 10 out of 10 and will book again

First I must say as a large group we had a great time. Loved the location of our place . Very close to all the things to do but also very quiet and secluded. The views were also amazing off our balcony. But, here comes the not so good. 3 hours before check in we get a call that our cabin was double booked and the only option would be to split our group up. Thankfully, the rooms were next to each other but still disappointing when you all plan to be together. Especially frustrating when you are driving and get that call just a couple hours before arrival. The rooms were clean but lots of poor craftsmanship , flooring broken and peeling up, multiple broken knobs in the kitchen. A keurig coffee maker would have been a much better investment than the traditional coffee pot. Towels were plenty but only 2 washcloths for a room that sleeps up to 10. While the game room next to the pool was a great space, all the games were broken. Air hockey table, broke. Ping pong table, broke. Connect 4 large game, broke. Foosball table, broke. Ring toss game, broke. Definitely needs some huge upgrades in that space. The table and couches were great to get together. The only other con in that room is the motion sensor light that kept turning off the light every 30 seconds. Very frustrating when you are trying to play dominos and socialize at night. Otherwise we had a great trip being together but for a newer place there are a lot of improvements needed to make the spaces great again!

Nice & quiet area. Grounds were pretty, plenty of parking. Kitchen could use a skillet or two. Additional paper towel rolls would be helpful. Fairly clean, needs new carpet in the bedroom and bathroom needs painted and deep cleaned.

The picture did not look like what I seen in person I didn’t like the place at all the coffee tables was dirty they need to upgrade the furniture and dining room table the beds was rough I want stay there again then the Jett didn’t work in the jacuzzi tub that was not worth what I had to pay

The property is new and very well planned. The unit has 2 master rooms and en-suite bathrooms, which was perfect for our 2 families. It is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated in modern furnishings. The linens and kitchenware are good, but some extra pates, cups and mixing bowls would be great. The clubhouse and pool are very nice, but we did not use them as we ventured out each day. Highly recommend this beautiful and clean property!

This property could be so nice. But it seems like the owning company doesn’t wanna put anything into it. There was a drastic lack of common hospitality, amenities, including no tissues, no hangers, no hairdryer no shampoo, no conditioner, and no body wash. Also, the state of the condo was lackluster. The half the lighting didn’t work, one of the bedroom lamps didn’t work, the outlets on the outside wall of the kitchen didn’t work. I texted ask the company’s email saidwhen we first got there to ask the company where things were and how to get things fixed. Four days later and we checked out I still haven’t heard back from the company. The cleanliness left something to be desired. The shower had somebody else’s soap stuck in it. The track of the shower had definitely not been wiped down in many days. The walls were so beat up and dirty. It was like somebody had lived there with small kids for 20 years and never wiped them down once. Very oddly, all the art in the house was removed, but all the hangers in the wall were still there. Also, be careful on the deck. There is a picnic table there that’s kind of hard to lounge on and look at the pretty mountains, and there are wood bees, and wasps nesting in the soffit on the patio so watch out for those. Things happen. But when companies don’t like to address them after being told them directly, I won’t stay with them again. Hopefully you can have a better experience, but do beware when booking this property.

Spent a weekend there with my wife and loved every minute of it. Was a bit confusing trying to find the specific unit we’d be staying in but that was more user error than anything else. When we return we’ll be staying here again.

It did noy say in the listing it was up stairs. I had my mim who is recovering from a broken knee. It was just me , my daughter, grandbabies, mom and sister. After arriving I tried contacting someone to see if they could move us downstairs. After numerous attempts we decided to try to gwt up the stairs. Then the next morning we woke up to snow, then we was concerned about getting mom back down the stairs so we left out by 10:00 am. I continued trying to contact the owner, left messages, emails and still couldn't get them. Finally Tuesday I called and I spoke with Lily, explained the situation, she said expressed how sorry she was and wanted to make it right. She said call expedia qnd start the process and she would give me a refund. That is what I done, and then she tells tgem that is what she said but she now had aaid ahe couldn't. She is the the one who could do it so I'm upset she lied. It was even in a recorded line and expedia told her that but I guessbthey don't care.

Updates needed

The condo was a beautiful condo but needs some amenities updated. The fireplace did not work neither did the jets in the whirlpool tub. Also the steamer in the shower did not work and the toaster in the kitchen was toast. Other than that it’s a really nice place to stay.
