Very comfortable and quiet nights sleep ahead of flight next morning. Stayed in room until 1 hr before departure. Only hiccup was the tv stopped working but this was just before check out. Would like to see usb ports for charging mobile as I don’t carry a plug

Very convenient stay for busy weekend when wanting to save time. Took away all of the stress of getting to the airport early in the morning and worth the extra money due to this. Check in very easy and staff friendly. Hot drinks machine was added bonus!

Thank you Archie who went above and beyond after a 25 hour flight from Australia. Love the location although it was hard to find. Very confusing when lifts only go up to the 2nd floor outside the terminal building. This needs to be explained in the hotel description especially for those arriving outside not from a flight in Gatwick.

Such a fantastic convenience to have this little hotel situated right in the airport. The bed and lighting was comfortable. Only issue was how cold my room was upon entry. Took a while to warm up to a comfortable temperature. Food options available in the airport. Free hot drinks in the hotel.
