The room was clean, compact and everything you needed for a short airport stopover. The only thing I could fault was the heating/cooling controller didn’t give you a temperature to set the room.

Second time I am leaving this review. You and they communicate extremely poorly about the parking that is available and when I got there I have to pay an additional fee of almost half the price of the room just for parking to go and park on the otherside of Gatwick airport. And then their staff are extremely arrogant about it and tell you its your problem because you have to book parking 24 hours for 'their packages' before time. It stinks and I won't be staying at that hotel again. Not that they or you actually care. You keep asking for these reviews but no one actually does anything with it so why do you waste peoples time like this!!

Easy check in with the phone link sent in advance. Room was spotless. Easy to control lights and temperature with the phone. Small room but great for one night. So close to security and check ins. Second stay here. Perfect for early flights from gatwick.

I love bloc it is always clean and the staff excellent. I did have an issue this time though, having a bunk bed was not condusive for me being quite tall . This made for some discomfort being unable to sit at all in the room
