Glasgow stay.

Loved our stay. Staff very friendly & welcoming but special mention to Oxy, Robert & Jack in the lounge bar. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is dog friendly. They are allowed most places except for the main restaurant but that we understand.

Beautiful hotel, hard to fault. Our suite was amazing, possibly the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The only thing that could be improved upon was the vegetarian cooked breakfast, which was average (but cost £29!).

We were sick with a dreadful virus for our entire stay sadly but were immediately upgraded and looked after by the wonderful friendly staff. A special place beautifully run. Would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous room, let down by ambivalent staff. With the exception of the porter who was delightful, the rest of the staff were ambivalent, met the very minimum requirement. The hotel clearly suffers from poor leadership.
