We Got Ticketed for stopping in bus lane outside the front door when checking in. Won’t stay again for that reason — not a good experience for visitors. Staff was great.

Great place to stay. It's very convenient to buses, trains, etc and has lots of food and dining options right outside the the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. It felt more like a little apartment then a hotel room and was an excellent deal.

This classic hotel was a great location right next to the train station. The staff was really great and friendly. Walking distance so a lot of restaurants.

Good breakfast. Staff professional and helpful. We rented two rooms. My daughter said there were small moth like bugs in her room. She alerted the staff when we checked out so I am sure it has been handled. Shops just a couple of blocks away as well as several restaurants and pubs. The train station was right next door.

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE FELT LIKE ‘WELL YOUR HERE WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT? THAT WAS THE FEELING FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT WITH BREAKFAST IN BETWEEN. THE BREAKFAST FOOD WAS AWFUL & THE SURROUNDINGS & AMBIANCE OF BREAKFAST WERE JUST AS BAD. THE ROOM WAS LARGE BUT TIRED & DATED WITH ONLY ONE SOCKET AVAILABLE OPPOSITE WHERE THE BED WAS SITUATED! THE TV KEPT ‘FREEZING’ SO NOT REALLY WATCHABLE. AT £188 PER NIGHT A LITTLE MORE IS EXPECTED.

Great location. Our room has a window right against a wall. Barely has natural lights come in. When we booked there is no indication of it. Our room was dusty. Whem I put my stuff on any of the tables, there are layer of dust stuck on my stuff. The room is outdated. Limited outlets.

Proximity to train and dining was excellent. Staff was excellent and room was clean and comfortable. Very spacious and quiet room. The hotel and room was in need of a serious upgrade. The carpet was thread bare and overall the room needed updating. However, the entire staff particularly Alasdair (sp?) In the dining room and Uri in the bar were helpful, informative and engaging.

Next to the Queen Street Station so it was easy to roll our bags a few steps to the hotel. Everything was great. Breakfast was great. The only thing was that we were in danger of running out of toilet paper. We could not find any spare rolls.
