Great stay, good value

The condo was very spacious. The couch was comfortable to sleep on but I was told the beds not so much (could just be preference). Room was clean and well equipped. Only seemed accesible through narrow stairs so definitely worth keeping in mind.

It was a great stay. We were happy with the service, the friendliness, the cleanliness. The beds were a little uncomfortable and foldout couch not sleep able. The space was terrific in the condo and parking was good. Breakfast had choices, just not the ones my family was excited about.

Staff was very friendly. Room was nice. Though the carpets probably should be steam cleaned asap. Dropped a bottle of water and cleaned it up with the white towel and the towel was brown after soaking up the water.

Check in process was very easy and Audrey was delightful in giving really great recommendations for our girls weekend getaway. Our room was very spacious, we had a bottom floor room noise from upstairs was very loud until all hours of the night. Super walkable to the historic district, springs and vapor caves.

the room was ok but dated all the windows were open and unlocked when we arrived and the blinds were filthy and broken. housekeeping came and vacuumed and took out one trash, but no fresh towels or tp were left so we had to get our own.

Nice staff. Room was spacious and clean. Nice location. As other reviews have mentioned. Super bright lights right over the room door attracted many tiny black flying insects some of which ended up in our room. Annoying but harmless.

Nothing wrong, but certainly felt like a budget hotel, in everything from low water pressure in a old tub, to beaten up (though clean) carpets, to styrofoam coffee cups which you had to go get from the front desk if you wanted coffee in the morning. All fine for a budget hotel, so I guess in Glenwood Springs "budget" prices are a little different.
