The older brother owner, was amazing, very helpful. I arrived late, and he took me to the grocery store across town, as it's the only one. The room was clean, functional, and had a fridge, which was nice. They have a laundry service to do their laundry, so you know the towels and bedding are clean! It's on the main tourist street, so there are places to shop and dine. If I went to Williams again, I'd more than likely stay there again, as the rates were really good through Expedia

The staff were outstanding. The mattress cover was severly stained with what looked like rust or blood. The bed sheet did not cover the top off the king bed. The motel is old and claims to have been updated but when? Dust bunnies were under all the furniture.

Unfortunately, my room (104) did not appear to have been cleaned well. We found used soap on the bathroom vanity and bathtub. Open wrappers behind toilet. Used coffee in the coffee maker, with a used cup. And the floor wasn't swept. I will not recommend or stay again, even for low rates.

I was running behind in my check in about 1:30 in the morning and the owner was kind enough to leave my key available for me to pick up he's very convenient. Then he greeted me the next morning to make sure that everything was okay. The service was above and beyond.
