Our room needed updated badly. Cracks in the walls and also the bathroom. Shower water was everywhere on the floor. The mattress had a smell of pee in it. The staff were great but not so much for the room.

Staff at service desk great… after that very poor room condition. A/C heat unit filters had 1/4 inch of dust build up and I cleaned first night, the dust remained on floor all weekend. Bathroom door has a huge patch done on inside of door but not finished. Tub has mold around soap shelf and wall tub meet up. There were bugs in the room that I killed daily. The floor was sticky in spots… enough said. The floating floor truly floated. Water in sink was a trickle at best and shower was spotty. Thankfully we managed. I know someone was in the room daily because towels were thrown in. I know this is not an expensive hotel but I would expect better maintenance and cleanliness at any hotel. Please clean your room a/c heat unit filter’s as that was ridiculous as they could literally be just washed regularly as they are a reusable filter. But a Swiffer and clean the floors, get an exterminator and make sure the repairs and water are checked. The front desk staff were very nice but that’s really the extent of good. Pictures and 8.0 rating are definitely not anything related to our experience. Hopefully this feedback does some good to make some improvements.

Room smelled good. There was an incident where a roach came out the sink drain and I had to kill it. Nearby rooms smelled of weed when walking down the hallway. Elevator was not working during checkout time but maintenance fixed it a couple minutes later. Parking lot was well lit and staff was friendly.
