I have low expectations for Comfort Inns, but we ended up here unexpectedly due to weather and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice, everything was clean and well kept, and there were more amenities than I expected.

Evening check in staff are super fake friendly. We are hispanic and the check in staff found us funny. They laughed right after I said my name and spoke about us as we walked away. Racist staff. The man that drives the shuttle bus to the casinos is racist. The bedroom sheets need to be cleaned properly. The refrigerator in the room was not cold. The room key stopped working.

Everything was good; rooms were clean, staff members were friendly, shuttle driver was very very nice, breakfast was simple but nice. No complaints, they even allowed us to check out an hour late; pool is nice and warm, hot tub is haaat which we needed coming from Boston. We would stay there again.

This hotel is cozy, clean, and convenient being a stone's throw off of I-395. The staff is incredibly friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. This was the third Christmas I have stayed there and will definitely be going back next year, Lord willing.
