Friendly and personable staff. Food was decent with the Japanese restaurant being the highlight. However, expect "island time" services. Lots of options for lunch buffet. Room was great, comfortable and modern. Pool was good with fun activities provided by staff. Overall would recommend and stay again only at the same rate as the value from booking in Sept and staying during xmas was a great deal.

Lovely staff and clean rooms. Not enough sun beds with shade meaning you had to get up at 6.30am to try and claim one. Very loud music played much of the day. Excursions and spa treatments very expensive. The best bit about the hotel are the staff who are fun and welcoming. Food - lots of it but fairly average.
