Facilities were beautiful and well maintained. It was not overcrowded at all, which was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negative comment is that many night the only choice for dinner was a buffet, which was an expensive option with kids, even at half price. A la carte menus were only available a few evenings of the week, and choices were limited. We found the best way to get around this with a family of 5 was to order room service. Room service menu was more extensive and included great kids’ menu options (and young kids were in a confined space and could get down from table when eating). And room service was not any more expensive (and much cheaper than buffet dinners). Food was very good though, including a very extensive breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend the Landings and we’d be happy to go back again!

Our 2-bdrm unit was very large and a great layout. Great view of the bay from the front and the marina from the back. Not usually one for the balcony hot tub but actually used this one quite a bit (turned down to 35c). Great for families. Would def stay again.

We had a wonderful time at The Landings. We stayed in a 3 bedroom ocean view suite. We were a family of 5 with a 9 year old and 2 parents and 2 grandparents. We had 3 butlers that were part of booking that suite. They were absolutely wonderful! They did everything they could to make this trip seamless! We had a fantastic time at The Landings! It’s a bit of a trek from the airport, but well worth it once you arrive. The beach was clean and beautiful, the activities were fun, and the staff were incredibly welcoming—genuinely some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced. The food was great too, and the whole place had a relaxed yet polished vibe that made it easy to settle in and enjoy. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a spot with great service, good food, and plenty to do, The Landings is definitely worth considering!

When we arrived at our check in time (4pm), the room was not ready. We had to wait outside of our room for 30 minutes while the staff cleaned & got our room ready. We told the front desk about this inconvenience and they said they would be in touch to make it up to us, but we didn't hear from them the entire trip. Food options are very limited. Lunch & dinner at Beach Bar was only buffet style. Food was very bland. They only had 1 asian restaurant for dinner reservations with a very small menu. We chose not to do all-inclusive so we had to pay for bottle water at every meal. We also did not enjoy any of our cocktails. The pina colada was good, but didnt taste any rum. The liquor was low quality. We were limited to beer and wine. Room was spacious & amenities were nice, but was disappointed in our overall stay.
