房間整潔很大，床上用品很舒服，健身室登記員工有禮很helpful. 健身室設施很齊全，大讚。 前台登記入住員工不太友善，本來2點已出示2人證件登記入住但因為房間清潔中，所以等房間時出去用餐，回來已經晚上想取房卡，報上名字說沒有我們2人的登記，明明一早登記。中英文名都說沒有，還說只證記一個人，來來回回前台人員不耐煩。作為客人很無奈

Love this hotel! We were upgraded to a larger room. Hotel is connected to a mall with lots of eating option in the lower level. Stayed for 3 nights and will surely come back again. First time staying in a Oriental Mandarin Hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. Wonderful staff! Will try other Mandarin Hotel in other parts of the world.
