The beach was nice. Homeless person sleeping under the deck down to the beach though. Bar staff was nice. Breakfast staff not so nice. Room was nice. Getting in and out of the hotel not the easiest.

This place is WONDERFUL!! Immediately upon entering the lobby, you can smell the cleanliness!! It is a beautiful hotel, beautiful lobby, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff! We’ll be back for sure! And loved the pool and jacuzzi!!!

I liked everything except I booked a balcony and I didn’t get a balcony/patio area to walk outside. I could only look out the window. I paid that price for the second room/bunk bed effect with the privacy for the kids and the balcony for the adults.

I have to admit never stayed at a BW property. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the facilities were The place is nice and clean. The staff is the best I have encountered Only negative, the mattresses are like concrete. Location is good and the beach was beautiful
