The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. My room was not very clean. I had a pet friendly room and the floor was dirty. The bathroom sink leaked underneath and the tub drain and sink drain were both rusty looking. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom had water damage. The carpets in the hallway needed swept. This room did not match the ratings that it was given online when I was booking it. I was very disappointed.

Staff was very friendly beds were decent room was clean. Bathroom was clean, except the shower had a lot of rust on the floor, and the walls had rusty metal coming out of them and the caulking was loaded with mildew dirt and grime.

Room was fine. Pet friendly. All pet rooms on lowest level. We had connecting room doors on both sides of our room. Nonsmoking g but was awakened in the middle of the night by the smell of marijuana. Very disappointed.

Had an easy in around 9:00pm. Got to our room and noticed a white powdery substance on the nightstand between the two beds. Wiped it up with the less than white wash cloth from the bathroom. No big deal. However, when my daughter started to pull the blanket down and found more white powder we called the front desk. No other rooms were available and no one could come and check the bed or change the bedding until after 11 when someone else came on duty - but we were welcome to change the bedding ourselves if we want. NOPE! my daughter pulled the blanket up over the powder and used her own blankets and pillows over the bedspread. House keepers changed the bedding while we were out the next morning. Found more white powder on the nightstand when we returned (but less than when we’d checked in). Also found two McDonald’s cokes in the fridge (not ours). One light in the bathroom was bright and one barely lit. Out of order sign on soda machine and pool closed until further notice. All of the staff was very amenable but seemed to have their hands tied as to what they could do to help. Wasn’t very happy with the knock on the door at 10:45 this morning asking if we needed to extend our stay (checkout wasn’t until 11).

The pool is closed for no good reason! The breakfast is at Covid19 standards, someone should inform them Covid is over. Thischotel has the worst cleaning staff I ever encountered, they spent from 9am to 11am on the phone and from 11am to 1pm doing not thier work. I asked for extra towels in English, apparently I used the wrong language...

Great service (pleasant front desk staff), but the furniture in the room was a little dated and the top sheets weren't clean on either bed. Save for that, it was a great stay. The continental breakfast has the usual options, but the dining and food area was clean and all the food was good.

Beds were comfortable and were clean although the room didn't smell very fresh, but not unbearable or anything. The breakfast could have improved, the ceral was stale and the waffle mix was pretty much empty but there were quite a few people. I dont want to complain but if there was any area for improvement, this is where it would have been appreciated
