I liked the proximity to the airport and the cool modern vibe. Upon entering the room it was pitch black dark inside. I wish someone had told me I needed to insert my card into a slot to activate the lights! I was feeling my way around in the dark for a bit.
I was disappointed in how HOT it was… 23 degrees… I took a look at the bedding and noticed it was missing a top sheet. There was no way I could use the comforter. I called the front desk and someone brought me extra sheets. I asked them if they knew how to make the room cooler. They said “it takes a while” and offered me a fan or to move my room. I opted for the fan because it was late and I had to be up early the next day. The only fan they had left was tiny…. But at that point I figured “oh well”! But upon closer inspection the fan was covered in dust. I cleaned it the best I could and used it, but in the morning saw SO MUCH dust clumps all around the room. Not healthy. The staff at the front desk were understanding and helpful the next morning. Not sure if I’d stay there again though considering how hot it was! I wasn’t the only one complaining. A woman I took the elevator with said the same thing.
