This was my first stay in Hanoi, Vietnam and it was the best decision. From the moment you step in front of this hotel, you know it is going to be magical. The architecture in the lobby alone is enough to make you never want to leave. The staff was super kind and helpful which was honestly the cherry on top. My group consisted of eight people and we were all very grateful to have stayed here. Please don’t skip the rooftop, the bites and cocktails up there are amazing!

The breakfast was outstanding. In a country noted for the hotel breakfasts this was one of the best. The room was lovely; immaculately clean with a lovely bathroom. TV and lighting so easy to use. Staff very helpful, warm and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable.

Lovely hotel, beautiful. We were just abit disappointed that our room type was only available on the 2nd floor meaning no outside view. We would not have booked this hotel had we known this in advance. Sky bar also unavailable due to private functions. Other than that, it was a lovely building with excellent staff.

Amazing stay. Staff went extra mile every time. Room was lovely but the staff are what make it so amazing. Will be hard to beat their customer service anywhere else in Hanoi. We were due to go on a cruise in ha long bay however due to the Typhoon, this was cancelled last minute and the staff were very helpful finding us alternative plans.
