Our stay at the woods song cabin was exceptional. It was clean, cozy and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. The water was clear and the jets were strong but could be more private. The kitchen had all of the supplies and untencils you need for cooking. If you're looking for peace and quite we would recommend!

We stayed at this cabin for our anniversary, and it was a great fit for our purposes. Even though it rained the whole time, we enjoyed staying inside. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and was fast enough to stream our shows over our Fire Stick, though the provided smart Blu-ray player also offered streaming options.The propane grill worked well, though the previous guest had left the gas on. Luckily, there was still enough fuel for us to cook our anniversary dinner. I had brought a cast iron skillet as a backup plan for the oven, but everything turned out great on the grill. A small suggestion would be for the owners to provide aluminum foil for the toaster oven, but that’s more of a personal preference. I'll remember to bring it next time.The cabin was well-stocked otherwise, and the blackout curtains were a wonderful touch—we got to sleep in without sunlight waking us up. While the cabin wasn’t quite as private as we expected, it was private enough for us since we stayed indoors most of the time. We didn’t get to use the hot tub because of the weather, but it looked very inviting.The owners were extremely responsive to our questions, and we let them know about a stripped bathroom door hinge at checkout. They assured us they would take care of it right away. Overall, the space was cozy, functional, and made our rainy anniversary trip comfortable.

was very disappointed that the fire pit had been removed. It was prominent in the advertising photos and a big part of my decision to book. Also, the pool/clubhouse were highly touted - and I get there to discover you’re only allowed to go one time during your visit. Only one toilet paper roll - ran out. Only one trash bag - had to drive into town to buy them. It was fine otherwise.

Great getaway

This place was perfect for lovely weekend trip with my husband. Close enough to nearby towns to explore but quiet enough to just stay in and relax. Property managers were really good with following up and provided excellent details which made checking in and checking out a breeze. Definitely a place I would book again.

A Nice Place to Stay for Weekend Getaway

This location was a nice place to stay. Definitely quiet and off the beaten track. We generally stay closer in to Berkeley Springs, but decided this time to go further out of town. The place was very clean and the hot tub was very well maintained. The appliances, as expected, were dated but worked fine. The only potential downside was that there were two other properties right behind this one. In the spring or summer with the trees in full foliage it would be very private. In the late fall a little less so. Overall would stay again if looking for peace and quiet with family.

Great Little Cabin

We normally stay in a hotel once a year in this area to visit a friend but decided this year to rent a place. It turned out great. We enjoyed having a Peaceful Pl., Tuesday and to visit our friend with. The cabin was very clean. The bed was comfy and there was everything there that we needed to have a good stay.

This very small (“cozy”) place in The Woods was just okay. The house has seen better days, as evidenced by rotting wood (porch entrance) and oxidized metal surfaces (baseboard heaters, shower curtain rods). A fraying screen on the porch door catches your coat and snags it. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, and the fireplace is a plus, as is the sports center availability. There are two neighboring houses very close by, which wouldn’t be too bad except none of the curtains close tightly enough to ensure privacy. BYO safety pins to keep them closed, and that solves the problem.

Family Reunion in The Woods Aug 5th

My husband and I hosted our nephew and his wife for an extended family reunion. The house accomodated us well. The only suggestion I would have is to provide a map of The Woods. Thanks for letting us stay in your cabin.
