The room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. We asked for another room but they didn’t have one. It’s a non smoking hotel, so I’m not sure why it smelled so bad. We were with our two kids and it smelled terrible. The beds were so small and hard to fit two to a bed. Not comfortable at all.

The room was dirty and had bugs on the ceiling-we got assigned 3 different rooms before we found a clean one and even that room was missing the safety lock. However, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Too little for too much

Bugs were in the room, apple juice tasted expired. Sheets had stains all over them as well as the shower and the room smelled like mildew

This is an older property and there was an odor in my room. The sink didn't drain well and it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower.

Front desk clerk was rude upon arrival, the towels and bedding were stained or dirty, there were roaches in the breakfast area, and the continental breakfast upset my stomach and my wifes stomach.

One of the staff was kinda rude but the gentleman that check me in was great . The rooms look good . Only problems i had seem like people was coming in my room and my key had got missing and my we made sure the door was closed but came back my door was open .one of my bathcloth has gotten missing and they didnt offer us new towel and it seems alittle werid but it wasn't too bad . My family had room to but they didnt like it at all

Nice but with an unwanted surprise.

Over all it seemed clean, and the bed was very comfortable, however upon getting up to go to the bathroom around 2 am I encountered a small cockroach in the bathroom, and then, a larger one in bed! I did not feel comfortable continuing to sleep in the bed at that point, and slept in the back seat of my car after removing my luggage so as not to take them home with me. The desk person in the morning was very nice and concerned but I got no credit or refund, so I did get ready in the room and ate breakfast which was decent. I did cancel my second night however, and they were fine with that.
